Experiential Tables for Corporate Events

You may have seen videos on YouTube of restaurant tables where animated characters appear to prepare food and entertain dinner guests. Here is a link to set the mood. We can design and build a version of the Experience Table that fits both the nature of your event and your budget. We can add surprise elements such as RFID tags attached to the bottom of plates and glasses that trigger animations or playlists linked to a specific dish or drink. The tablecloth color can change as the evening progresses, and song lyrics, jokes, or themed slogans can appear on the table throughout the night.

Hologram Performance Stage

Holograms are powerful illusions that blend live performers with digital elements. A keynote speaker can be streamed live from the other side of the world, or a speaker can be surrounded by related content displayed across a full stage-sized digital surface.

We deliver hologram performance stages as a complete package, taking every factor that contributes to the illusion into account. We can also work alongside other AV suppliers and provide the hologram technology on its own.

Space Branding and Decoration with 3D Mapping

Dull walls, ceilings, and floors in event venues are transformed to match your brand and event theme using projectors. The projected images are precisely mapped to fit the shapes of each surface, sitting perfectly within the space. Grey industrial halls become jungles and Christmas parties become Santa’s workshops. Interactive Floor Projection

At events with a dance floor, the early evening offers great display space for playful, on-brand content. Effects floating across the dance floor draw people in, break the ice, and keep guests entertained. As the night progresses, the effects can shift and evolve into more visual and atmospheric displays. Our software gives us a highly cost-effective way to deliver interactive projections.
