Projector and Screen Rental for Trade Shows

We offer 55–85″ displays and 5000–20000 lumen projectors for trade shows at competitive rates. We supply the equipment, stands, media players, cables, and sensors — available for collection or delivered and installed. Get in touch early, as we also provide consultation and fresh ideas. We work closely with your booth designer as a technical producer, taking responsibility for the delivery and performance of audio, lighting, and visuals. Projection Delivery for Corporate Events

We help create large-scale visuals for corporate events. We rent LED screens and projection equipment at competitive rates. In bright environments, LED screens are the right choice, but in controlled event lighting, a single or multi-projector installation often delivers a much larger and more impressive result. We can, for example, brand an entire event space using multi-projector 3D mapping.

Projectors for Outdoor Use

Autumn and winter light events are approaching — time to book quality projectors with weatherproof housings. We offer free consultation to help you choose the right equipment, and you can select your service level from straightforward equipment rental to full turnkey delivery. For outdoor projections, it is important to ensure that projectors receive adequate heat when on or off, and that air circulates inside the weatherproof housing to remove moisture. For larger installations, we can supply up to five 20,000-lumen projectors with weatherproof housings. For long-term installations, vandalism prevention is also worth considering. For this purpose, we have a climate-controlled and lockable Visual Wagon that can be left on site without security.

Long-Term Rentals

If our current inventory does not include exactly what you need, we are open to purchasing new projectors and renting them out on 3–12 month terms. Do not hesitate to contact us and ask about getting access to top-spec equipment at a good rate.

Our own inventory covers projectors from 5000 to 20000 lumens, and through our partner network we can source additional equipment quickly.
